We specialize in barrel-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, a line of cold-pressed, Mediterranean extra virgin olive oils, and several multi-purpose dipping oils. Our vinegar and olive oils contain all natural ingredients and are vegan. The balsamic vinegars contain no caramel color, thickeners, or additional sweeteners. Our olive oils meet IOOC standards.
Our blends have been in the R & D stage for two and a half years, and are now perfected. We offer a variety of flavors in both the vinegars & oils.
